Well what can I say..I know, I got to see a old high school friend Dave Geraets some months ago we seemed to find each other on that My space thing! Turns out he decided to come down to see me play while I was in Virginia. We caught up a little, talked about when we thought we might have a high school reunion! And here it is! Now to let you know what I’ve been up to. Straight out of high school I moved to California I thought I was going to be a rock star! Ha ha ha. Not knowing how expensive it was going to be I moved to Las Vegas and stayed with some family for awhile and saved some $$ working and playing all over Vegas & yes if you are not careful it could be the city of lost wages! After a few years I moved back to PA. worked with my father and played music. After a few dozen jobs and bands . I tried to settle down with a job at Specialty records working for Warner brothers/ Electra/ and Atlantic with a high school buddy Tracy Palumbo. Funny we used to have lunch together at school and found ourselves having lunch together at work strange! After a few years I was laid off when AOL bought Time Warner go figure! I of course took this as a sign to start playing music again full time. Well, it is what I love to do and if your not doing what you love, your just wasting your time and we don’t have much of that now do we? Look how fast 20 years has passed you by! I started playing full time and traveling all over the country and even got to do a 3 month tour of Europe. I once again came back to PA. worked some dead end jobs, took some culinary arts classes and played locally around Scranton. That’s when I met my wife Shannon . She’s from California and was going to school at Keystone College, which turned into James Madison University in Harrisonburg VA. I was back playing music full time and traveling again just up and down the east coast with bands mainly from Nashville. After she graduated from JMU we got married and moved to Lexington VA. Were I opened my own restaurant The Brick Bar & grill great food and great music we thought we would live their forever. But we were both getting better job offers so we sold our restaurant and moved to Nashville. Now I do studio work, play almost just in Nashville and work at Gibson guitars. Shannon runs her own Nanny agency and works for Trace Adkins. We have no plans of leaving! We love it here.

My best school stories have to be about marching band. If you weren’t a part of it you could never know how hard we worked, laughed and cried to do what we did. All the love and friendships that I’ve had back so many years ago I will forever be grateful for. Heather, Dave, Kevin, Kelly, Nina, Reagan, Scott & Jeff, Tracy & a whole bunch of others. I hope everyone looks back and sees how those friends you might not talk to anymore or haven’t talked to since 1988 helped make you who you are today I still think of all of you as my friends, well hell you should be my friend I have known most of you people since Kindergarten.
